Pelvic Floor Workshop, Parts I & II

Join Mikayla Morley (C-IAYT, RYT500) for a workshop designed to give you the knowledge and tools to address pelvic floor dysfunction.

Symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction including stress incontinence, low back pain and hip pain, IBS, urinary urgency, neuromuscular issues, or prolapse, may be "normal" in our culture, but do not have to be.

By gaining physical awareness of the pelvic floor while integrating it into daily movements, you may improve function, and gain more overall strength with greater ease.

This workshop includes a discussion about pelvic floor anatomy and function, why kegels may not be the one-size-fits-all solution to pelvic floor dysfunction, and an experiential portion where we work with posture and the breath as a way to access the crucial role the pelvic floor plays in support and stability for the whole body.

This Workshop Is Virtual & Will Take Place Over Zoom

Part 1: Saturday, January 29, 2022
