Embrace a deep self-connection, expand creative expression, deepen mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being through the power of movement, dance and mindfulness with our transformative DanceMeditation series.
We will bring our attention to the breath, sensations in the body, and feelings as they arise. Guided somatic exercises with free flowing intuitive dances to world music will allow you to explore the essential aspects of being human- Mind, Body, Spirit, and Emotions.
These body-based practices cultivate awareness, insight, integration, releasing, and inspire harmony in your inner world.
Week One: Mind- The Art of Awareness.
Week Two: Body- Embodied Presence.
Week Three: Spirit- Dancing with the Infinite.
Week Four: Emotions- Flowing with Feeling.
