What is yoga therapy, anyway?
Yoga Therapy is a way to look at a whole person and address a range of possible concerns – from physical ailments, to emotional issues, to spiritual wellbeing.
Yoga Therapy can target many physical concerns including chronic low back, hip, or shoulder pain; arthritis or osteoporosis; and more. Yoga Therapy can also help improve balance, strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
A sessions may include physical movement, breath and meditation techniques, relaxation, conversations, and anything in between – all based on the client’s needs and goals.
Sessions are tailored to suit the individual as the client and the Yoga Therapist work together to promote healing.
