Best for folks who have already attended the Pelvic Floor Workshop with Mikayla or Mikayla & Molly in the past as we will be using a shared language to access diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic floor awareness and expansion.

This class goes way beyond Kegels as a one-size-fits all approach to pelvic floor dysfunction and instead offers ways to improve the function and mobility of your pelvic floor as a whole system.
