A gentle, therapeutic yoga class that focuses on ease of movement, range of motion, and building strength and flexibility. Perfect for beginners and those who have injuries or other limitations.

An Energized 45 Min Class - with Kendra Lassor

This 45-minute class blends the strength and balance of yoga with core-focused exercises and full-body conditioning. Expect a dynamic flow that integrates mindful movement, breath awareness, and targeted strength work to build stability, flexibility, and endurance. Suitable for all levels, Yoga Fusion offers a well-rounded workout that leaves you feeling grounded, strong, and refreshed.
