Body Nerds
at Lifeworks is beginning April 7th from 4-5pm. A weekly teacher's workshop that students are invited to attend -bring your questions, inquiries, and let's workshop. Come nerd out with us! Register here.

LifeWorks is co-facilitating a monthly
Trying to Conceive community group.  No agenda, just a discussion about the journey.  Open to all non-pregnant women who are trying to conceive. Refreshments provided.  No fee, optional donations accepted.  This group is on hiatus due to lack of participants. New Yoga Classes



Thursday 9-10am
Yoga/Core with Mikayla
Engage your core. Build strength. Learn to move pain and injury free with alignment-based yoga! Open to all levels, but recommended for people who want to move and like a challenge. 


Friday 12:30-1:15pm
Vinyasa Flow w/ Suzanne Mazzarelli
Hardcore flow/fun vinyasa. Raise your heart rate, wring out your body and focus your mind. Leave feeling happy, strong and revitalized!


Friday 5:30-6:30pm
Restorative Flow
w/ Annie Alquist
Restorative yoga is an active relaxation practice designed to unwind deep layers of stress and leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed like never before! This supportive practice is appropriate for everyone regardless of ability, mobility, or experience with yoga. Class concludes with an optional 15 minute meditation. Sign up now!

Learn the basics of the Latin groove Salsa! No prior dance experience necessary.

Pilates Fun on the Ball w/ Mikayla
A Pilates class done entirely with large stability balls. Bounce your way to better strength and stability!

Zumba w/PJ
High intensity workout disguised as a dance party! No previous dance experience necessary.

Sweat & Sculpt Sisterhood

This is where Berkshire women go to get a mental vacation, and a vacation ready body, at the same time.
We sweat, tone, cardio and stretch for power and flexility in and outside of class.
It’s challenging and enlivening and no prior experience is needed.
