Thursday 9-10am Yoga/Core with Mikayla Engage your core. Build strength. Learn to move pain and injury free with alignment-based yoga! Open to all levels, but recommended for people who want to move and like a challenge. Friday 12:30-1:15pm Vinyasa Flow w/ Suzanne Mazzarelli Hardcore flow/fun vinyasa. Friday 5:30-6:30pm Restorative Flow w/ Annie Alquist Restorative yoga is an active relaxation practice designed to unwind deep layers of stress and leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed like never before! Tuesdays, 8:00-8:45am - Sweat & Sculpt Sisterhood w/Karlee Fain: This is where Berkshire women go to get a mental vacation, and a vacation ready body, at the same time. We sweat, tone, cardio and stretch for power and flexility in and outside of class. It’s challenging and enlivening and no prior experience is needed.
