Childbirth Education Series
Sundays - September 9, 16, 23, 30  1-3PM
Expecting a baby? Our childbirth education classes prepare couples to expect the unexpected. Within four, two-hour sessions, we cover the physiological aspects of birth and labor, postpartum care, relationship and communication building between the couple, community building between young families, and provide referrals for other services in the area. Sessions occur seasonally. The next seasons offering will begin the first week of January 2019.

is collaborating with us to hold a drop-in Lactation Support Group on the second Friday of every month.



 Getting Here:
We are located across the train tracks from the Mahaiwe Theatre on Castle Street. From Main Street, turn onto Taconic Avenue at the stop light (three-way intersection), and then take your first right onto Castle Street. We are in the tan building at the top of the hill on the right, above RBC Wealth Management.



New Classes
Cardio Flex

Cardio Flex is a new addition to LifeWorks offerings! Taught by Lanna, this class offers fast moving, beat bopping, cardio-strength option for our LifeWorks community. It is a class where you will move, groove, sweat and work on increasing cardiovascular endurance and total body strength! Focusing on full body movements, muscle group isolation, resistance training and more, this class poses challenges to all.

*Although it is open to bare feet training, it is recommended you bring in a pair of (non-street) sneakers for class!

Join Iona Smith  for a class fit for all levels that will guide you through a dynamic and rhythmic flow of mindful movement.
This breath centered yoga flow has a focus on freeing the hips and spine while increasing strength and flexibility.
Come move to the beats and rhythms of the music in this heat building practice.
Mondays at 7:00pm & Fridays at 4pm
